1. Services Covered
This policy applies to all marketing and advertising services offered by HJ Advertising Agency, including but not limited to:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Amazon Ads
- Performance Marketing Campaigns
- Social Media Management
- Consulting and Strategy Services
2. Refund Eligibility
Because our services involve custom strategy, creative development, and digital ad execution, refunds are generally not applicable once work has commenced or media budgets have been utilised.
However, partial or full refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- The project or campaign has not yet started, and no resources or ad budgets have been used.
- A duplicate payment was made accidentally.
- A service was not delivered as agreed in the signed scope of work or written agreement.
Each case will be individually reviewed by our billing and compliance team before processing.
3. Non-Refundable Items or Services
Refunds will not be provided for the following:
- Services where ad campaigns have already been launched or media budgets spent.
- Paid consultations or strategy sessions once completed.
- Any third-party ad spend(Meta, Google, Amazon, etc.) made on behalf of the client.
- Delays caused by client-side approvals, content submissions, or account access issues.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a service, you must submit a written request to billinghjadvertising@gmail.com.
Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Requests made within 24 hours of payment may qualify for a full refund if work has not started.
- Cancellations made after work commencement will incur charges for hours, creative work, or setup already completed.
- Once an ad campaign is live, no cancellation or refund can be issued for media spend.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credited amount.
6. Third-Party Payments
If your campaign involves payments to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Amazon, Razorpay, etc.), those transactions are governed by their respective refund and billing policies. We do not control or guarantee refunds from third-party service providers.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disagreement or dispute regarding payment or service delivery, both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution through communication.
If unresolved, disputes shall be governed under Indian law, subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
